This is the redevelopment of an existing 83,000 sq ft commercial building into 42 luxury apartments. The development features boutique hotel-style amenities including an indoor spa and gym and a new arcade at ground level.
As interior architects for the residential component of Burlington Gate, MSMR worked closely with Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and developer Native Land to create apartments with generous, light living spaces whose interiors complemented the concepts and themes developed for the facade.
The internal finishes blend marbles and travertines with engineered oak flooring, bespoke glass and textured metal joinery pieces, which have been uniquely tailored to the development.
