Working with Renzo Piano, MSMR provided comprehensive space planning services to inform the shape, profile and efficiency of the floor plate; the size and mix of units and their distribution within the tower; and the core arrangement along with communal amenity facilities for the planning submission scheme.
MSMR was also involved in the preparation and analysis of feasibility studies, working closely with client and their agents to assess and and establish the most valuable overall organisation for the scheme.
