MSMR is pleased to share that TwentyFive W1 has reached practical completion.
TwentyFive W1, the residential element of a new development for Native Land and The Portman Estate, comprises 25 boutique apartments along with residents' amenities. Having provided comprehensive space planning services in the earlier stages of development, MSMR has gone on to design the interior architecture of the scheme and to deliver the residential interior fit out.
Each apartment provides residents with generous, light-filled, open-plan living spaces. A balanced, warm palette of materials has been selected, including pale oak flooring, complementary coloured joinery, and natural marble finishes.
