MSMR's proposal for a new Apart-Hotel scheme in Gibraltar has achieved initial planning consent.
Located close to Gibraltar’s airport, the consented 10-storey scheme has its public facilities positioned at ground level in order to activate and animate the frontage to Devil’s Tower Road.
The new 184-bed hotel will provide a mix of studios, 1 and 2-bed suites along with a range of amenities including a gym, meeting rooms, social areas and a rooftop terrace restaurant and bar.
